We are looking for a place to live we would love to have a 3-4 bedroom so we can adopt a sibling group. Everything here is double then what it was in London it sucks!
So we have a few options we went to the bank and need $10,000 to pay down our loan (Evan's student debt) and then we could get a nice house but without it we are looking at a cheap crappy place to do renos. Renos can delay the process to.
So here is an option we buy a new modular home and find land to rent (trailer court) and then in a few years buy a piece of property and then build a fondation and put a brand spanking new modular.
